Service Policies – Passion Nail Spa & Lashes

At Lovely Nails, we want our clients to enjoy long-lasting, beautiful nails. Please note that nail enhancements will naturally wear off over time. Frequent exposure to water, detergents, or harsh chemicals can cause lifting. We recommend getting your nails filled or refreshed every 2–3 weeks to maintain their strength and appearance.
Regular polish typically lasts up to 3 days, while gel polish may last up to 2 weeks depending on individual wear and lifestyle.

1. Nail Extensions & Polish Wear

At Passion Nail Spa & Lashes, we strive to deliver long-lasting and beautiful results. Please note:

Nail enhancements may naturally wear down or lift over time, especially with frequent exposure to water, cleaning products, or harsh chemicals.
We recommend refills or maintenance every 2–3 weeks to keep your nails healthy and looking their best.
Regular polish typically lasts up to 3 days, while gel polish may last up to 2 weeks, depending on your lifestyle and aftercare.

2. Maintenance & Fills

To maintain the integrity of both your natural nails and enhancements:

We advise visiting your technician every 2–3 weeks for fills or rebalancing.
Waiting beyond 3 weeks increases the risk of lifting, breakage, or even infection.

3. No Refund Policy & Fixes

All services and products are final sale and non-refundable, as you are paying for the technician’s time, skill, and materials.

However:

If you are dissatisfied with your service due to application or product issue, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will gladly provide a complimentary express fix if the concern is valid.
Issues reported after 24 hours or due to improper aftercare will be charged at standard service rates

4. 7-Day Warranty

We offer a 7-day warranty on nail services, which becomes void under these conditions:

You modify the service at another salon.
Nails are exposed to harsh chemicals without protection.
Nails are bitten, picked at, or intentionally damaged.
Non-recommended products are used on your nails.
Aftercare instructions are ignored or not followed.
Relevant medical conditions are undisclosed.
Usage instructions are disregarded.

5. Complaints & Redos

Client satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any concerns:

Please notify us within 3 business days of discovering the issue.
You may reach us in writing, by phone, or in person.
We will respond within 3 business days. If your concern is validated, we will gladly redo the agreed service.

6. Our Right to Refuse Service

For the safety of our staff and clients, Passion Nail Spa & Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to:

Anyone with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions.
Clients with diabetes (please notify our staff prior to service; we do not perform cutting services for diabetic clients).
Any individuals who are rude, aggressive, or disrespectful to our staff or other clients.

7. Refunds, Returns & Repairs

- All services are non-refundable.
- If your nails chip, break, or become misshaped within 7 days, please contact us within 24 hours to schedule a fix.
- Fixes are only complimentary if reported promptly and proven to be application-related.
- Any damage caused by neglect, misuse, or external impact will require a paid repair.
Once you leave the salon, it is assumed that you are satisfied with your service.
